What Are The Non-Negotiables?

When you feel like you are in a cycle and almost repeating the same day over and over again, it helps to try and do something different and try to do something that is going to change your course or change your mind.

I probably listen to 2–3 podcasts a day and I retain a lot of different moments and quotes. I wrote down “What Are The Non-Negotiables?” when I was listening to something recently. I am sorry if I am forgetting the exact episode. I just love that question and thinking about what are those things that are so important to us and what are those things that are going to drive us to that next level.
